An application programming interface, API, enables near real-time data integration between third party and Willis Towers Watson applications. Our clients will enjoy reductions in cycle time, occurrence of retroactive data corrections and instances of out of synch data. Through our new service-oriented architecture, we will reduce the burden involved with implementing new, vendor-specific file interfaces, allowing our clients to be more agile in adopting new vendors to achieve their health care and employee benefit program objectives.
