Due date to update plan documents to reflect changes to 2020 plans that adopted one or more of the following optional changes:
Special mid-year enrollment periods
The extension of a grace period for incurring claims after the end of the year from 2.5 months to 12 months
The opportunity to carry forward unused balance of a health FSA or dependent care FSA
The opportunity to reimburse health FSA expenses incurred during the 2020 plan year, but after an employee’s termination of coverage
The ability to reimburse dependent care expenses for a child up to age 14
