Due date to update plan documents to reflect changes to 2020 plans that adopted one or more of the following optional changes:

• Special mid-year enrollment periods

• The extension of a grace period for incurring claims after the end of the year from 2.5 months to 12 months

• The opportunity to carry forward unused balance of a health FSA or dependent care FSA

• The opportunity to reimburse health FSA expenses incurred during the 2020 plan year, but after an employee’s termination of coverage

• The ability to reimburse dependent care expenses for a child up to age 14
