Cloud computing’s scalable elasticity delivers a consistently reliable and high -performing experience for our clients and their participants. Hosting our solutions in the cloud will also unlock the potential to accelerate our innovation velocity. Cloud hosting vendors embed capabilities that enable rapid development and deployment of applications that span web, mobile and open application programming interface (API) channels. We are currently using cloud technology to support multi-factor authentication, knowledge-based authentication, text messaging, Virtual Guide and Plan Sponsor Dashboard. Over the next few years, that will be expanded to include Employee-Self Service, APIs, BenefitConnect and other cloud based services.
